Cracking is $0.50 a pound no matter the amount with a $7.00 minimum charge.

For local customers, you may drop off the nuts, and we’ll call you when they’re ready to be picked up which is typically one to three business days later. If you are from out-of-town, please try to call or email us beforehand to arrange an appointment if you want to wait for the nuts to be cracked. Otherwise, you will most likely have to make another trip to pick them up on another day.

Our two cracking machines are each capable of cracking about 60 pounds of pecans per hour, to give you an idea of how long it may take if you make an appointment. Depending on how many pounds you need to have cracked, we may use one or both machines.
